Proof of identity
It is mandatory for all applicants to produce before registration, an original copy of their travel passport (where applicable), their National Insurance Card, driving licence or other acceptable photo-identity.

References
We ensure that all applicants provide two work and character references confirmed in writing, prior to carrying out assignments on behalf of Wisdomgate Services Ltd.

Gaps in employment
Our screening and recruitment team ensures that all gaps in employment are properly investigated and accounted for. This approach ensures that the full history of applicants is known and issues arising from our investigations are acted upon.

Recruitment team
Our screening and recruitment team regularly attend internal and external courses, seminar and training programmes designed to improve their competence and effectiveness.

Criminal Record Bureau (CRB)
A full and detailed up to date criminal record bureau check is carried out on all our cleaning operatives.

Record Keeping
A separate file is kept for every cleaning operative employed by wisdomgate services LTD Staff records are regularly updated, easily accessible to clients and stored in compliance with the Data Protection Act and other relevant regulations
